Eyelash extensions follow your natural lash growth cycle; most clients need refills every 2–3 weeks. We offer 2-week and 3-week refill options and can recommend timing based on your retention and lifestyle.
Classic attaches one extension per natural lash for a natural look; hybrid mixes classic and volume for texture; volume applies multiple fine extensions per lash for dramatic density. Your artist will suggest the best option for your desired result.
Application is painless for most people since eyes remain closed and lashes are isolated. For sensitive eyes we offer gentler adhesives and patch tests. Disclose allergies or conditions so we can choose the safest products.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and avoid oil-based products, waterproof mascara, or lash serums for 24 hours. Remove contact lenses if possible. Clean lashes ensure better adhesion and a smoother, quicker appointment.
A lash bath uses a gentle, lash-safe cleanser and soft brush to remove oils, debris, and residual makeup, improving adhesive bond and retention. A makeup cleanse removes residue from lids and lashes before application.
We can remove extensions and apply a new set in one visit only if natural lashes are healthy and removal is complete. Often a short recovery is preferred; your technician will advise the safest timing during booking.
